With the release of 3.1+ WordPress introduced Post Formats, a way to distinguish between several predefined post formats, for example an image, a gallery, a quote etc which allows us to style each post format a special way. With Genesis Church we include support for many of the useful post formats by default. This means that quotes look gorgeous, links are clean and identify themselves as a link off your site, videos look amazing and of course MP3 sound files embed directly in to the post and can be played via the index page as well as the post details page.
